Both Hill and rookie runner Qadree Ollison are inactive once again for Week 3. Hill and Ollison would muddy the backfield picture for fantasy purposes, but may inject some much needed life into the Falcons anemic rushing attack. Devonta Freeman will get another opportunity to see double digit carries.
