Fantasy Impact
Rosen's stat line was nothing special for fantasy purposes, but his performance in this game was decent, especially by Miami Dolphins standards. It's hard to imagine a scenario in 2019 where a Dolphins quarterback is worth starting in fantasy leagues, but Rosen should be owned in 2QB/Superflex leagues at least. The Dolphins are off next week with a bye and then get a plum matchup in Week 6 against the Redskins.
