Kupp bounced back from his 17-yard performance in Week 6 but didn't quite hit his ceiling today. Jared Goff was better than he has been but still struggled. Still, Kupp is his go-to receiver on most plays so he will remain a low-end WR1 in Week 8 versus the Bengals.
