Derek Carr completed 25-of-29 passes for 292 yards with one touchdown and one interception in the Raiders' 17-10 win over the Bengals Sunday. He added five rushes for one yard.

Carr did enough to get a win but it was a disappointing fantasy day in a juicy matchup. He should be on the streaming radar next week against the Jets.
