Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz completed 20 of his 40 passes for 214 yards and a touchdown and rushed three times for 17 yards in Sunday's loss to the New England Patriots.

Wentz was once again hurt by drops on Sunday, but he was also inconsistent with his accuracy while trying to work the ball down the field, especially when the Eagles were trying to attempt a comeback in the second half of the game. A last-minute desperation pass into the end zone almost tied the game, but Nelson Agholor got turned around and ultimately could not come up with the ball. Things will not get much easier for Wentz and the Eagles next week when they welcome a Seahawks team that is coming off of their bye week.
