Patrick Laird rushed 15 times for 48 yards and caught four of his five targets for 38 yards in the Dolphins' Week 14 loss to the Jets.
Fantasy Impact
In his first real action as a starter, Laird was used heavily, and was not terribly effective, but still the team's best back, and far better than Kalen Ballage. Expect Laird to carry the load again in two plus matchups with the Giants and Bengals for the playoff stretch.
