The Raiders have signed RB Rod Smith.
Fantasy Impact:
While Smith isn't fantasy relevant, this does signal that the team could have longer-term concerns about rookie RB Josh Jacobs. It seems like there's a very real chance Jacobs is out for the remainder of the fantasy football playoffs, but his status isn't clear at this point.
