It does not appear to be too serious and Freeman should still be on track to start but it is always good to keep a close eye on this situation as Sunday approaches. Freeman has had a tough season like most of the team and will be playing against a really stiff run defense in the 49ers in Week 15. San Francisco has allowed opposing backs to score the third-fewest fantasy points per game this season (11.08). It may behoove fantasy managers to seek for other options at the running back position unless they are in deeper leagues.
