Fantasy Impact:

Keenum was seen by many as one of the top veteran backup quarterback options on the market, and the Browns agreed to terms with him quickly on the first day of the legal tampering period. After up-and-down seasons with the Vikings and Redskins, Keenum will be Baker Mayfield's backup in Cleveland.
