Fantasy Impact:
Solid money and a very solid opportunity for Kelly to fill the void that will be left by OT Jack Conklin, who signed a three-year, $42M deal earlier today with the Browns. Kelly and the Titans offensive line will be blocking for one of the best RBs in the NFL, Derrick Henry in 2020, who received the franchise tag today from Tennessee.
