Fantasy Impact:
The fifth-year SS is headed to Chicago on a one-year deal after spending 2019 with the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs. Lucas wasn’t a starter in KC, but he’ll bring depth to the secondary in Chicago.
