Baltimore wound up selecting Dobbins with the 55th pick. DeCosta believes it would have been "irresponsible" not to make that selection since he was the top player on their board. The former Buckeye will likely be in a timeshare with Mark Ingram in 2020 but could have the backfield all to himself by year two.
