The 27-year old has played seven seasons in the NFL, four with the Packers, one with the Ravens, and one most recently with the Jets. In 2016. While with the Packers, Montgomery was utilized as a pass-catching back, even getting WR-eligibility that year as a result of his abundant work as a receiver. He’s got over 1,000 yards rushing and close to 1,000 yards receiving in his career, and can help the Saints in pass-protection and on third downs this season. Montgomery is a solid add for this team, but likely won’t have much fantasy value behind Alvin Kamara and Latavius Murray.
