Gibson only had one productive season on offense for the Memphis Tigers, but it was a darn good one. He only rushed 33 times, but totaled 369 yards (11.2 avg.) and four TDs. He also had 38 receptions for 735 yards and eight more scores. He’s dynamic and explosive with the ball in his hands and his drawn comparisons to Christian McCaffrey. While he won’t put up CMC numbers, or come anywhere remotely close, the comparison should tell you about his ability as a playmaker. Draft him with the hopes he becomes the pass-catching 3rd down back for Washington this season, but temper expectations for the rookie.
