Herbert is expected to sign his contract soon once all terms are agreed upon. While head coach Anthony Lynn has come on record stating that Tyrod Taylor is his guy, it’ll be interesting to see if Herbert gets his shot this season. Taylor is a sneaky QB option for fantasy purposes with his rushing ability, but he may not make it past the Chargers Week 10 bye should the team be having a tough season. Herbert may not be ready to make an impact this season, but he’s got lots of potential going forward with a nice arsenal of offensive weapons in LA.
