Fantasy Impact:
Smallwood joins a crowded running back crew of James Conner, Anthony McFarland, Benny Snell, and Jaylen Samuels. He'll likely serve as additional depth and is unlikely to make an impact in fantasy. The 26-year-old received just 31 touches in 15 games with Washington last season.
