A two-year starter for the Nittany Lions, Hamler compiled 1,571 yards and 13 TDs on 95 catches. The speedster should get some opportunities this season to operate out of the slot for the Broncos. While he may not produce gaudy numbers out of the gates this season, Hamler has the potential to break one loose every time he touches the football.
