Marvin Jones ready to go after ankle injury last year

Marvin Jones Jr. (WR - FA)

WR Marvin Jones (ankle) "looks ready to go," per Michael Rothstein of ESPN. (ESPN )

Fantasy Impact
Jones missed the final three contests and was placed on the injured reserve last season due to an ankle injury. He's planting, cutting, and "looks ready to go." Prior to QB Matthew Stafford being shutdown in 2019, Jones hauled in 42 receptions on 57 targets for 535 yards and six touchdowns across eight games. The Lions offense sputtered once Stafford was declared out for the season. Both Jones and Stafford are fully healthy entering training camp and will look to build on last year's success. Jones has fantasy upside as a WR3 and is currently 36th among all wideouts in the latest expert consensus rankings.
