Fantasy Impact:
Smith has mostly been a special teamer and reserve linebacker for the Panthers over the last two years. He was going to get released Monday, but the Bills swooped in and decided to offer the Panthers a conditional pick, so Smith heads to Buffalo. He’ll be a depth piece for a really good Bills defense.
