Pineiro had a solid 2019 campaign for the Bears, draining 82.1% of his attempts and not missing any high-pressure attempts. Because of new rules due to COVID-19, Pineiro will be able to return to game action Week 4 against the Colts. The Bears signed veteran kicker Cairo Santos and he should handle the kicking duties for the first few weeks.
