Xavier Woods (groin) to play at 'full capacity' Week 1

Cowboys' HC Mike McCarthy said Thursday that he expects FS Xavier Woods (groin) to play at "full capacity" in the team's Week 1 matchup with the Rams. (Michael Gehlken on Twitter)

Woods was not listed on the original injury report, but missed over a week of practice due to a groin injury. He is expected to be all systems go for Sunday’s Week 1 matchup against the Rams. Woods will serve as the Cowboys’ starting FS and is currently 63rd among all defensive backs in the latest expert consensus rankings for Week 1.
