According to a league source, the Houston Texans are signing tight end Pharaoh Brown to their practice squad following a successful tryout. (Aaron Wilson on Twitter)

Waived by the Browns this offseason, Brown will get a shot to earn a role with the Texans via the practice squad. The Texans have quite a bit of depth at the position with Darren Fells, Jordan Atkins, and Kahale Warring, so his chances are slim in the near term and shouldn't be worth a look in any fantasy format.
