Breshad Perriman (ankle) ruled out Sunday

Fantasy Impact:
Perriman hasn't practiced all week and the fact that he is ruled out on Friday proves he was never really close to taking the field in Week 3. With Denzel Mims (hamstring) on IR and Jamison Crowder (hamstring) ruled out as well, Chris Hogan and Braxton Berrios figure to be Sam Darnold's top targets on Sunday.
