It’s unclear if Watkins has cleared the concussion protocol, but he’s practicing Saturday nonetheless. A player is allowed to practice even if they have not cleared the protocol that allows them to play in a game. Watkins could be listed as questionable heading into Monday night’s game against the Ravens. He’s a tough start, as you’d have to have a backup option like Mecole Hardman on your roster as well to insert into your lineup should Watkins be inactive.
