Fantasy Impact
Ruggs hasn’t seen more than five targets in any of his four games played. Because of his big play ability that was showcased in Week 5 against Kansas City, Ruggs remains a boom-or-bust flex play at best. He’ll be just that when the Raiders take on the Browns in Week 8.
