Despite Winston coming in for Drew Brees in the 2nd half of Week 10’s game, it is Hill who has taken all the starter reps in practice this week. Hill, who was given a two-year, $21M contract, will have a shot to show the Saints and the rest of the NFL what he can do as a full-time starting quarterback Sunday against the Falcons.
