Tom Pelissero is reporting that 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk is heading back to the NFL's Reserve/COVID-19 list.

This is Aiyuk's second stint on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. Details have not yet emerged as to whether he has tested positive or is considered a close contact.
