Carr was a full participant in practice on both Wednesday and Thursday, which puts him in line to start on Saturday night against the Dolphins. It's a pretty surprising turnaround for Carr after he could barely walk when he exited the team's Week 15 loss to the Chargers last Thursday night. Marcus Mariota will once again step in if Carr suffers a mid-game setback.
