Fantasy Impact
The Eagles were reportedly considering trading or releasing Ertz during the offseason. With multiple teams interested in acquiring him, Philadelphia will look to move on from Ertz via trade. He has one year remaining on his current contract. Ertz showed signs of a decline and dealt with multiple injuries in 2020. The 30-year-old hauled in 36 receptions for 335 yards and one touchdown across 11 games for the Eagles last season. Ertz reportedly is “getting antsy” for the Eagles to deal him. If an when Ertz is dealt, Dallas Goedert would become the Eagles top tight end. Stay tuned.
