The Cincinnati Bengals have selected RB Chris Evans with the No. 202 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Fantasy Impact:

The University of Michigan running back joins the Bengals with a ton of collegiate experience, having played 42 games but starting in just six of them. Evans' rushed for nearly 1,800 yards and 15 touchdowns on 320 carries throughout his career at Michigan, tacking on 49 receptions for 479 yards and two touchdowns. He is a unique prospect due to having not played at all in 2019 based on an academic suspension. Evans logged limited carries in 2020, receiving just 16 opportunities, as he found himself in a crowded backfield. He is a powerful runner and enters the league without much wear and tear, providing a dual-threat ability with his hands and route running out of the backfield. These traits and his preserved physical condition make Evans a suitable backup to Bengals' star running back Joe Mixon.
