After trading WR Anthony Miller to the Texans, the Bears have signed former Falcons WR Justin Hardy. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Hardy, 29, played five seasons for the Falcons after being drafted in the fourth round out of East Carolina. Over the 2016 and 2017 seasons, Hardy had 41 receptions for 424 yards and seven touchdowns, but failed to go over 200 yards in either of the next two seasons. He played all 16 games in 2019, getting 17% of the offensive snaps, but finished with just 19 receptions for 195 yards. After not playing last season, he will get his shot in Chicago. Let’s see if the change of scenery helps him get over the hump.
