It's a good sign to see Carter getting first team work over Tevin Coleman, who has more experience in the Jets new offence. Early reports from camp are that Carter is impressing the staff and is the favorite to be the primary option in the backfield. The Jets have invested heavily in their offensive line and have escaped from the Adam Gase offence that stunted their value. Carter is being drafted as RB33 right, but that will shoot up if he performs well in the preseason.
