Smith was slotted to be a starting receiver for the Saints, however a downgrade in practice participation - after not having an injury designation on Wednesday - is cause for serious concern about his Week 1 playing status. Should he miss, Marquez Callaway would be in line for more targets. Lil' Jordan Humphrey and Adam Trautman could be viable deep-league options if Smith misses, but they impose high-risk for managers brave enough to start them.
