Fantasy Impact:
Williams is still in concussion protocol, and the early rule out suggests that he is not close to being cleared. Every concussion is a unique situation, so there is no timetable for his return to the team. Quintez Cephus, Kalif Raymond, and Amon-Ra St. Brown will continue to operate as the Lions top three receivers.
