Hill missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday but logged a limited session on Friday, leading to hope that he'd be good to go. Even if he is at less than 100 percent, fantasy managers should obviously have him locked in their lineups in any matchup, and especially against a Washington defense that has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.
