Higgins led the Bengals in receiving yardage, although he finished behind Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd in targets. The second-year wideout has posted a slightly disappointing fantasy season as he has taken a backseat to Chase in the Cincy offense. Higgins will look for the end zone in Week 9 against Cleveland.
