Reading the tealeaves a bit gives the impression that if all checks out with Hill's foot that he will be the starting QB for the Saints on Thursday. The fantasy ramifications are fairly significant here. In four starts last season between Week 10 and Week 13, Hill was the QB13 overall and provided great safety with his rushing floor. Should he get the nod, Hill immediately becomes a streaming QB option this week and moving forward if he keeps the starting gig.
