Darius Phillips agrees to one-year deal with Raiders

Fantasy Impact:
The former fifth round draft pick of Cincinnati played in 47 games for them before dealing with an injury after 12 games last year. In his tenure there, he tallied five interceptions, three forced fumbles, and 73 tackles. Opposing quarterbacks did feast on him a bit last season to the tune of a 137.7 rating when targeting him. He will join a team that finished in the bottom ten in defensive rating last season.
