Brandon Marshall 'better now than he's even been'

Brandon Marshall (WR - FA)

Former Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall said in a recent interview that: "I really feel like I’m better now than I’ve ever been. I feel great. Now, I’m starting to see the game differently, being older and having a lot of experience. Having all of that working for me and going up against those guys every single day, I’m excited about doing my job this year." Marshall joined the Jets this offseason in a trade. (CBS New York)

Fantasy Impact
Brandon Marshall is somewhat of an unknown quantity this year. He has been a number one receiver in the past, and a definite fantasy starter. However, he'll be entering into a situation this year where he'll be sharing targets with Eric Decker, Jeremy Kerley and rookie Devin Smith, and will be being thrown the ball by the shaky Geno Smith. If he emerges as the top guy in New York, then Marshall could be a good mid-round selection, but there's the big risk that taking him that high that the pick could fall flat on its face.
