Fantasy Impact:
The Bears, who have been quiet in free agency, continue to pick up small depth guys like O'Shaughnessy. He won't come in and make a major impact on the team, but he will be a solid depth piece at the position. Fantasy managers can expect him to have very little, if any, fantasy value this season.
