D'Eriq King waived by Patriots

Fantasy Impact:
King, who was one of the teams UDFA pickups, will have his tenure end after just a couple of weeks. He has been trying to transition from QB to RB/WR at the NFL level, so this could be a sign that his conversion isn't going smoothly. It's unclear if he will be on a roster at all for this next season, but it's highly unlikely that he will have any sort of fantasy relevance, even if he manages to sneak on a roster.
