Tennessee Titans WR Robert Woods is expected to be the No. 1 option and return in time for Week 1, according to Joe Rexrode of The Athletic. (Joe Rexrode, The Athletic)

Fantasy Impact:

After tearing his ACL in mid-November of last season with the Los Angeles Rams, Woods found himself in a peculiar situation this season, both using the offseason to recover and learn a new system. Despite this, Woods and QB Ryan Tannehill have already developed chemistry. It would "take a setback for Woods to be anything but full go by Week 1." At age 30, Woods is currently being drafted as the WR39 in half-PPR formats, just ahead of his rookie WR teammate Treylon Burks at WR42. If Woods is a full go and a true WR1 at the start of the season, he could easily surpass his current average draft value, especially in an A.J. Brown-less Titans offense with plenty of vacated targets to fill.
