Watson has been fighting a legal battle with over 20 women that have accused him of sexual harassment or misconduct, and the NFL will begin the hearing process soon to decide what Watson's repercussions will be. He settled most of his cases, and he hasn't been found guilty in the remaining ones yet, but that doesn't matter for the NFL. It seems likely that he will receive a suspension of some kind, but to what degree will be up in the air and will be decided soon.
