Fantasy Impact:
The Eagles have continued to invest in their defensive back rotation, leaving not much room remaining for the former undrafted free agent. So far, James had totaled 17 tackles and one fumble recovery in his career. He will get a chance to sign somewhere else before training camp starts. The move has no effect on Philadelphia's DST.
