Jackson has been the best mobile quarterback in the NFL over the course of his career, often beating defenses with his speed and elusiveness. If he has actually bulked up, however, this could make him even more of a threat as a power rusher. He is still awaiting a new contract, but assuming he's a full go for this season, his rushing floor should make him one of the best quarterbacks in all of fantasy football this season.
