Wentz will be in his third different offensive system in as many seasons, as he joins Scott Turner's run and gun scheme. Getting the ball out of his hands quickly will be an adjustment for Wentz, as he has had a tendency to do the opposite to a fault. Wentz's accuracy issues have been at the forefront of the criticism surrounding the former MVP candidate. That version of Wentz has not returned since his torn ACL late in the 2017 season. Wentz has been, at best, serviceable over the last few years and has succeeded only with excellent offensive line play. When fully healthy the Commanders have the type of offensive line that could allow Carson Wentz to thrive in DC. It is worth waiting and seeing how Wentz settles into his new digs before adding him to your fantasy roster in 2022.
