Julius Chestnut makes Titans’ 53-man roster

Julius Chestnut (RB - TEN)

Julius Chestnut has survived cuts and made the Titans’ 53-man roster out of training camp according to the MusicCityMiracles.com’s Justin M. (Justin M, MusicCityMiracles.com)

Fantasy Impact
Chestnut rushed for 106 yards on 26 carries (4.08 ypc) and one touchdown while adding three receptions for an additional 22 yards across all three of Tennessee’s preseason games. The undrafted rookie out of Sacred Heart impressed the Titans’ staff enough during training camp to make the initial 53-man roster. Chestnut will likely be used mainly on special teams as he remains behind Dontrell Hilliard and Hassan Haskins for even the backup role to Derrick Henry to begin the season. Chestnut would be a decent handcuff for Henry’s fantasy managers who couldn’t snag Hilliard.
