Fantasy Impact:
Philips, who was limited in practice all week long, hasn't played since injuring his shoulder early in Week 2. The rookie did look good back in the season opener, turning nine targets into six catches and 66 yards. If he performs well on Sunday, he could be an intriguing waiver wire pickup in Week 5.
