It sounds like Knox is going to be able to go in Week 4, but the bigger concern for fantasy managers is that he hasn't produced through three weeks. Knox was due for some touchdown regression after scoring nine of them in 2021, but he currently has just nine receptions for 71 yards and no touchdowns through three games.
