Kyle Philips is officially active for Tennessee’s Week 4 matchup against the Colts in Indianapolis according to SI.com’s John Glennon. (John Glennon on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Prior to injuring his shoulder and missing Week 3, Philips had caught 7-of-10 targets for 71 yards in the first two games. Philips was even targeted nine times in Week 1 and could be a sneaky low-cost flier in DFS formats now that he is back.
